Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by SkyWorld Development Berhad dated 20 June 2023.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 20 June 2023 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 27 June 2023.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will announce the notice of changes on Bursa Securities' website and advertise it in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia accordingly.
