On behalf of the Board of Directors of SkyWorld Development Berhad, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 December 2023 entered into a joint development agreement with Penang Development Corporation and PDC Properties Sdn Bhd, to undertake the proposed development of land located at Mukim 13, Bandar Cassia, Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang measuring approximately 161.50 acres, and Mukim 1, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang measuring approximately 34.04 acres.
