Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 30 December 2024, 14 February 2025 and 15 April 2025 (“Announcements”), respectively. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. The Board wishes to announce that as of the date of this announcement, the Parties had mutually agreed to further extend the period of the MOU for a further period until 14 July 2025 to finalise the Definitive Agreements for the Proposed Transaction. Save as disclosed above, all other terms and conditions of the MOU shall remain unchanged. The Company will announce further developments in respect of the MOU in due course. This announcement is dated 14 May 2025. |
