Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 11 April 2025 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
The Board wishes to announce that as of the date of this announcement, the first negotiation period of 3 months is about to expire. In view thereof, the Parties had mutually agreed to extend the exclusive negotiation period to 11 October 2025 to facilitate focused negotiations and the signing of a tri-partite conditional joint development agreement.
Save as disclosed above, all other terms and conditions of the MOU shall remain unchanged.
The Company will announce further developments in respect of the MOU in due course.
