Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 30 December 2024, 14 February 2025, 15 April 2025 and 14 May 2025 (“Announcements”), respectively. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. The Board wishes to announce that following the expiry of the MOU on 14 July 2025 and with no agreement from the Parties to extend it, the MOU had lapsed and is deemed terminated with immediate effect (“Termination”). The Termination will not have any material financial impact on SkyWorld Group. The Board, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Termination, is of the opinion that the Termination is made in the best interests of the Company. This announcement is dated 14 July 2025. |
